How do I get NPM to sync from my computers to my iPhone?

I set up NPM on my iPhone, but it is not syncing with NPM on my computers. Thus, it asks me to put in my passwords again. Is this an issue or I am doing something wrong?

After you add a login from the iPhone, on your computer, click on the Norton Password Manager, NPM, icon and then click the three bars at the top right of the NPM window. Then click on Sync Vault.

What do you mean by “you add a login from the iPhone?” I understand the sync part done on my computer, but what logon must I add?

I was using the process I used to test the vault sync feature as my current vault is already synced on my iPhone and laptop.

Did the sync instructions add your vault contents to your iPhone? Sometimes you can try pulling down on the vault page in the iPhone to force a sync.

I also tested just now by adding a new login from my laptop. I had logged out of the vault on the iPhone, and when I logged back in, the vault had synced.
