How do I get rid Norton popup that shows blank threats detection?

Everytime I start Windows, I get a Norton popup with a message indicating that threats have been detected, but there is nothing in the dialog box.  See screen print attached.

Await to hear from you soon.

Did you click on the "click here" at the bottom of the screen to show what has been quarantined ?

I have a recollection of something like this happening to me once -- I use NIS 2012, not the current one.

Thanks for your prompt response.

I am using Windows 7 Home Premium - Verson 6.1 (Build 7601: Service Pack 1), and running Norton 360 Premier Edition Version: 20.4.0.40.

As suggested,  I ran Norton Support Autofix and have attached a screenshot of the results.  Problem still unresolved.

What next?

Your main 360 screen shows your email address at the top. You should edit your message to remove the image.

There may be something amiss with your 360 installation. I would suggest reinstalling the product using the Norton Removal and Reinstall tool.

Download the Norton Removal and Reinstall Tool from here   www.norton.com/nrnr
If you use Identity Safe, backup/export your data. Use the CSV format for compatibility.
Run the Norton Removal and Reinstall Tool.
Reboot.
Run LiveUpdate manually a few times, rebooting as necessary, until no updates are available.
Try to log into your Identity Safe. If you can, you are done. If not, Import your Identity Safe data.

Hi,

I have noted your comments and will try using your suggestions when I get some free time later this week.

Meanwhile, how do I go about editing my message to remove the attached file?  Your assistance is appreciated.

Hi Edavy

According to the link below there is a time limit of 60 minutes to edit the post.  Because of this I have asked a moderator to wash out your email address.  I hope this is acceptable to you?
