How do I get the attention of Norton tech support?

I posted a question[1] here about a conflict between our product and NortonLifeLock. It's been over a week, but there haven't been any responses. I'm the developer responsible for this particular issue, but I don't know what I can do without some basic information from Norton tech support.

Is this the proper place to request help from Norton tech support, or is there another way that's more direct?

Your welcome. Your older thread is here at this link and is still active. Did you perform the suggestion by the Norton employee in that last post? Did the user click on "Exclude Process" in the action area shown in their history? If so what were those results after a system restart? I posted in the earlier thread as well to keep both active.
