Spent an hour trying to find a Contact Us link that didn't circle around to a support question page or go nowhere! I don't chat. I don't want to talk to a customer rep. I want to pass a suggestion on to Symantec and to forward what I think would keep me a future customer. (I am seriously ready to just let Norton 360 lapse in a few months - been using it and predecessors for AV and internet security since the mid-90s - because I am just disappointed in the level of suport and issues I have with Norton 360. (It's a hog. It slows everything down. I don't want or need 'cloud storage.' I guess N360 basically works, but it doesn't seem worth the price since I can get similar for free. I can't seem to figure out how to get into US Government/Army sites that I have business with (as a military retiree). Can't seem to get certificates to stick. Everytime I leave the site or re-boot, it's 'start all over again' with untrusted sites warnings and certificate downloads.)
OK, so here's something that would keep happy: How about Norton giving me an option to clean out all the AdChoice crap that keeps popping up?
And the reCZPTCHA challenges are simply unreadable. PC has great graphics, but you still can't see what the damed words are.

Hi,
Your direct link to Norton employees is to address your message to any of the users here who have their names displayed in BOLD RED LETTERS if that is not their area of responsibility they will forward the message to a member of the correct team. If you don't want to post the information in public the click on the name which will take you to their profile page and on the right side you will see a button to 'send this person a private message'
The 'crap' that you mention sounds like an infection of something less than a virus. Some malware can be removed without help from trained experts. Some cannot. Rather than sugest a solution that could make your situation worse I will recommend one of the free sites listed below.
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com
http://forums.whatthetech.com/
http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/
http://www.cybertechhelp.com/forums/
All are staffed with trained volunteers and the assistance is free.
If the captcha security device is too much of a pain I'd recommend that you send a private message to Tony_Weiss
http://community.norton.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4
and ask him to suspend it for you. Please be complete in your justification as it is one of the security features of the site.
Keep us posted
In addition to Dick's comments.
The captcha for the forums here will disappear shortly. It is just a feature to help stop spammers.

Last I heard it is only active on the first ten postings - exceptions possible :)
