I just got a notice that my auto renewal has been billed. I have Norton 360 loaded on the 5 PC my wife and I currently use. But, I checked online and found Norton shows10 devices registered. I guess I've been very sloppy and haven't correctly removed old devices, some of which I could not uninstall Norton since they simply died and were tossed. The online list does not identify the PC's by the name I have set up for them in Windows - control panel - system. Norton simply numbers them. How can I identify which ones listed online are the 5 we have? Once I do that, I can figure out which ones shown on line no longer use any Norton products and can be removed. Apparently, over the years I have purchased 2 product keys and believe I can now eliminate one.
