Where did you purchase Ghost 15 from? If you indeed got the wrong one delivered for you to download you would want to get this resolved before installing it. It is also possible the order confirmation might have been in error and perhaps you do have the correct version.
An easy well to tell, what is the name of the ISO file you downloaded? Ghost 14 should have the filename
NGH140_AllWin_English_SrdOnly
and Ghost 15 should have the name
NGH150_AllWin_English_SrdOnly
The version would also be identified when you boot up with the CD which you created from the ISO image.
When you purchase Ghost you should be given links to both the ISO image and the Ghost installation file. The ISO is to build a recovery CD which you can use to boot your computer outside of Windows. The ISO is not an install CD. The separate installation file you should have donwloaded is used to install Ghost within Windows.
Before you install and activate Ghost, please confirm you have the correct one.
One key difference between Ghost 14 and 15 is that Ghost 15 allows you to do COLD backups from the recovery environment whereas Ghost 14 and earlier versions do no.

Hmm. I ordered direct from Symantec's site. Right now when I click the "add to cart" button on the Ghost 15 page under Products and Services the next page (shopping cart) shows Ghost 14. I ordered from there and my order page only has a DL link for the recovery disk setup.
The file I was linked to is NGH140_AllWin_English_SrdOnly.zip
I guess something is wrong with the Symantec store..
Can you try the add to cart link and see if you get the same thing?
You are correct, I just tried it myself and see the same problem. I will personally inform Symantec of the problem.
I cannot confirm what download links are present of course since I already have Ghost 15 and don't way to pay again but I will assume this is just another error with the online store.
Did you receive an email confirmation for your order? If so, what does it say in there? Ghost 14 or Ghost 15?
Please contact Customer Service and let them know what has happened. Select the Downloads and orders link on this page. You will need to provide your order number to them and they should be able to take care of this for you. The product activation keys are different for Ghost 14 and Ghost 15 so the one you received may very well not work even when you download the correct Ghost 15 installer.
So here is something to try. Please download the trial version of Ghost 15 from here (it looks like this is the correct one). Then install Ghost 15 on your computer and use the activation key you got from your order. If it does not work, please make sure when you chat with customer service that they give you a new and valid product key for Ghost 15.
If the activation key you already received does work with Ghost 15, then all you should need from customer service is a link to the correct Ghost 15 ISO image.
The confirmation email says 14. I'll install with the 15 trial installer and try the 14 key. Even if it doesn't work I imagine I'll be able to use 15 as a trial until support gets me straightened out. I'll report back here with my results. Thanks for your help and I was glad I could help out with the store error.
Thanks for the update. Just so you know I do not work for Symantec and am just a volunteer helping out on the forums. But as a Guru I do have their ear so to speak so should be able to get this problem with the online store fixed.

Can you double check your email receipt again? It should have a link to download both the ISO and the Ghost product itself.
Can you confirm this and also confirm the filename after you download the Ghost product (not the link to the ISO but the other one which should be there)?
I am having the exact same problem. I paid for the product from Symantec's online store, too.
The website actually advertize Ghost 15, but after you click on it, it give yous Ghost 14 and after purchase the ISO file it lets you download is NGH140_AllWin_English_SrdOnly.zip - which is not the installation cd. It is the RECOVERY CD.

Symantec is aware of this issue and we are hoping it will be corrected soon. I personally reported this problem to them.
Until it is fixed there are two things you can do:
1) If you have already purchased Ghost then you should visit Customer Service and let them know what happened and they will provide you with the ISO and installer as necessary so that you will get the Ghost 15 you paid for.
2) If you have not yet purchased Ghost 15 from the regular online store because you spotted the error before purchase, etc, then please see this post which contains alternate links in which you can purchase Ghost 15. These alternate links do work.
