How do I know if the Dark Web is being monitored on my devices? I received an email a week ago

If you have a phone download the LifeLock app and you will see. Also on the phone with Norton 360 you will see a  "Monitoring" panel. You can also log onto your Norton account online and view alerts and monitored info.

Also, if you open "My Norton" on your PC it should give you the option to view alerts.
