How do I manage the files being backed up to the cloud by Norton?

I have files that do not need to be backed up and would like to minimize memory needed to do so. How do I manage the files being backed up to the cloud by Norton ?

(according to automated help .... I go to "My Norton" page and click on security and then settings but how do I get to what is "My Norton" page ?  And on several pages where I found and clicked on settings, I am only given the option of deleted my subscription).
