Norton Antivirus is preventing me from saving a file which I created using the program ORA. (Online Repository Assistant).
When I go to My Norton, select Device Security, then select Settings on NortonLifeLock 360, the Antivirus application is not active (it is grayed out and cannot be selected).
How do I activate the Antivirus application so that I can change the rules and allow the file I created to be saved.

What message are you seeing when you say Norton is blocking you from saving the file?
If the settings are greyed out, it sounds like you are using a Standard Windows user account. You need to be logged into Windows with an Admin account to access Settings. Then you can access all settings to try to rectify your issue with saving files.
This greyed out in settings does not mean your Norton is not running. Check your system tray for the Norton icon with a green checkmark. That shows that your Norton is running correctly.
