How do I READ a backup image taken with Ghost 9.0 on Windows XP using Ghost 15.0

I see this topic from 2010, but would like to know if anyone has a method to recover files in this situation.

I understand that this is only a problem if medium compression was selected for the original backup.

Anyone ???
