I am in OS Winodows 11 and this is what I have done I reset my os after i reset I uninstalled and removed norton from my other device and used the norton removal tool because it would not install after I did the reset I looked in event viewer and it keeps saying norton is trying to start so I went to services and it shows it to run automatically Norton Tools and Norton Antivirus how do I delete theses permanently so they are not startup background services?
