How do I report a bad/harmful file that norton marks as safe?

I want to report a bad file that is disables and deletes GPU drivers.

I recently downloaded the new Omega drivers that catalyst control center wanted to download when I restarted my computer they are the same drivers that can be downloaded here: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows+7+-+64

I have uninstalled the ones catalyst control center installed and then downloaded and installed the ones from the link above and got the same issue fortunately I have a set of the previous drivers still on my computer and was able to install them but for the people on the AMD forums that have been posting for the past 10 days since it the new drivers were released they aren't so lucky.

My system is:

OS: Windows 7 SP1 64bit.
Motherboard: Asrock FM2A88M Extreme4+.
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Tactical Tracer DDR3 1866MHz CL9 8GB Dual channel.
CPU: AMD A8-6600k APU.
GPU: MSI Radeon R9 280x Gaming 6GB.
Storage Devices: Seagate Desktop SSHD 2TB, Seagate Expansion Desktop HDD USB 3.0 External 2TB, Crucial M550 SSD 256GB .
PSU: Raidmax Hybrid 2 RX-730SS, 730W.

I am an ex-computer technician and know how to install and un-install drivers this is not a problem on my end.

AMD are aware of this and are not taking down the windows 7 Omega drivers from their website and continue to host them causing more and more people to download the harmful update which disables and deletes their drivers.

I would like to know how to report this file as bad and harmful so that people that also use Norton are warned that the update they're downloading will harm their computer since AMD and their "customer care forum" aren't very caring towards their customers and continue to host harmful updates.
