How do I retrieve my backed up files from Norton?

I hope I'm posting this in the right part of the forum.

 

Anyway, I recently encountered an issue with my laptop. I've got a Windows Vista and I guess there is an issue with them where accounts can get corrupted or deleted on accident... This happened to me and I had to delete my user account. That means all of my pictures, documents, etc. that were on that account are gone. I tried doing it in a way where I wouldn't lose all of those things, but I messed up somewhere along the way in the process of deleting the account. Oopsy! :smileysurprised:

 

So, that's why I ask how I can or if there is a way I can retrieve those files that Norton backed up. I want my documents and pictures back.

If you remember where you have backed up those files, I think you can restore them. Here the support article with steps to restore the files:
