I get a message that "No scans were run in the past 30 days. We recommend checking your devices and scheduling automatic scans." There is no information provided on how to do that. The Protection Report does not allow me to do that as the option is greyed out. I have searched and searched the Norton site and cannot find how to do this. Any info I do find is out-of-date. Please provide up-to-date information.
I have windows 10 and Norton 360 deluxe. All my devices, software etc are running the latest updates.
