Your cursor needs to be on the section of the interface you want to scroll. Then try scrolling from the up/down buttons on the keyboard, or using the scroll features on your track pad.
The scroll bars are a light shade of grey, so can be hard to see.
thanks Peter, it is on the norton window, not on the webpage.
at the bottom where it says browser data I can only read the first line and cant work out how to scroll further. This is frustrating when i am told that certain issues need attention but I can not see what they are. Same issue on two seperate computers.
tried again, and using the arrows, works as you suggested, thanks for your help.
OK. You posted in the Norton 360 forum board so my image is from the Norton 360 app.
As you are referring to Norton Utilities, the same information goes. You have to have your cursor in the main area of the screen and then you can scroll down further. On my laptop trackpad, scrolling down with two fingers will scroll the screen as long as the cursor is in that area of the window. The scroll bar are only visible as you start scrolling. It disappears again when you stop.
Thank you so much for your help and advice Peter. It’s very much appreciated.
The solution is so simple, now that I know what to do.
You are welcome. Glad I could help.
Others have had to ask the same question here. It is not obvious as you found with no scroll bars visible.
