The computer which Norton was installed on has been long gone (for 11months). I didn't know they were going to direct debit my account for $99.99. How do I get my money back. Have another computer now with different AntiVirus etc. Please don't make this too hard for me.

Helen -- At the price of $99.99 I'm guessing those are Australian ? I've seen similar prices quoted by someone in Australia.
If so you need to contact Norton OnLine Support via your local website -- we strongly recommend using the CHAT function as quick and painless.
If you encounter "Nathan" avoid him like the plague since his robotics don't cover things like subscriptions and you will spend a long time before he tells you to use CHAT!
I've just spent 5 minutes on the Australian website and finally forced it to let me go to a page that says sorry I can't help you contact Customer Support Team!
and when you do click on the link for that it takes you to:
http://us.norton.com/support/contact/contact.jsp?pvid=cs&selected_nav=8&id=ctcs1&entsrc=
which is the US page ... Scroll down a little if necessary and use the CHAT button or you'll end up back here!
Go figure .....
It looks like maybe wherever you are in the world, maybe only if you speak English, you get the US site for OnLine CHAT ....
Please ask if I've made a wrong assumptions and let us know how you get on.
