Are you just using a trial version? Have you activated that in your Norton Account? If so, be sure you have removed your payment information and turned off Automatic Renewal for that subscription.
As long as you have no payment information in your Account, you can wait for the current subscription to expire, and the messages should stop after about 30 days.
If you are finished with using Norton, you could also try downloading and running the Norton Removal and Removal tool from www.norton.com/nrnr Use the Advanced Options > Remove Only.
