I have a very old Norton 360 account using an email address I no longer have access to and I am not able to recover my account. I’ve tried everything Norton suggests. I’m desperate for some human interaction here!

@JenniferJ_Turbett Follow this link, click on “Account Help” then click “Manage Account”. There will be a yellow button near the bottom named “Need More Help”, click it. Sign in and follow screen prompts. Since I believe you cannot sign in click on “Continue as Guest”. Then click Chat Now.
