How do I track Private Browsing in Norton Family or disable it?

How do I track or disable Private Browsing in IE8?

 

Current Norton Family is not tracking Private Browsing. I can't seem to find a way to get Norton Family to track this activity.  If I can't track I would like to disable this feature. Any ideas?

 

Currently running Windows7 with IE8.

In Private Browsing is a temporary environment that allows all history to be removed on closure of the in private browsing window.  I'm not seeing a way to disable the use of it or track it, since information is not retained to track.
