I installed Norton 360 on my second computer, but could never get any websites to auto-fill even though I added new logins with same info from installation on laptop. I cannot transfer logins from laptop because now the screen is shattered on my laptop and cannot see a thing behind the shattered screen.

can you please tell us do you see the shattered image only in windows, or do you see it by the boot (POST - while the PC is checking the hardware before loading Windows) as well.
Most laptops have a connection for an external monitor. If yours has one you can try plugging in a monitor and seeing if it works when you boot.
If not, the only option is to get the display fixed or remove the drive and access your data through an adapter or external hard drive case.

If you can't connect a different screen or even projector to you laptop you can if you are good with computers take it apart and remove the hardrive and connect it to your desktop computer if possible.
