How do I transport my identity safe folder?

I recently purchased a new PC and would like to transfer my logins and passwords from my old PC to my new one.  Is there an easier way either than copying each and every Login ID and Password from my old PC to my new one?  I have Norton 360 and store most of my passwords in the Identity Safe folder on the Norton's toolbar.  Can anyone help me?
