How do I turn off Auto-Protect?

Auto-Protect is grey, and it doesn't allow me to change the settings, it keeps detecting a file as a virus, which it isn't, I don't get enough time to even click the file when I move it out of the .zip, I've tried turning off every other setting, but it stays grey and still doesn't want to allow me to change the setting, may I get some assistance?

Support > About will show the version.

 

Are you logged in to Windows with an Admin account?  Which Windows?

Yes Norton 360, and 5.2.2.3 W7

EDIT: I've updated Norton 360, which I should have checked for updates before posting this, I can now turn Auto-Protection on and off now, I no longer require help
