In Firefox I'm setting: "Show my windows and tabs from last time" in the options but every time I close and re-open the browser I only get my preferred Home Page and find that the options have been changed back to "Show my Home Page".
In searching for suggestions with this, I have been told that it could be due to Norton's Privacy Cleanup option but the instructions only apply to 360 (I have INternet Security) and I cannot even open the Settings nor find a Men listing to enable me to set my Norton up for this, assuming that is the problem?
Hi Jeffperks,
See the following Mozilla support article for troubleshooting this issue:

Thank you for the link but I have Norton Internet Security, not 360, and I cannot find any refernce to "Quick Controls" on my version. I'm assuming that the problem that I have is due to Norton's Firefox Privacy Cleanup but the actuak problem is losing all of the tabs (exept for the Home Page) when the browser is closed, despite setting the option: "Show my tabs and windows from last time". Any suggestions, please?
Thanks for the suggestion. I have tried disabling extensions without any change but I hadn't added nor changed them prior to this problem arising. Firefox used to be SO reliable in keeping opened tabs after rebooting!

Norton Internet Security does not contain Firefox Privacy Cleanup. Your issue is most likely a problem with Firefox, itself. It is almost certainly not a Norton-caused problem.
