Hi, I am using Windows 10 and my antivirus software had been working fine but for the past four days or so, I noticed that my Lifelock dark web monitoring and parental controls are off and I did not turn them off. I also don't have the option to turn them on as they're both grey. I have uninstall and reinstall per agent's advise, my pc was remotely accessed and I also signed in and out several times per their instructions and still nothing.
I have contacted Norton Lifelock several times regarding this issue and they are unable to help. Whether the issue was not clear or they don't have the expertise, the matter is still unresolved. They claimed that the issue is/was being worked on and still no one is able to help.
Please, any advise?
