How do I uninstall NF without internet connection to confirm parent password!

I am having same issues as all the other posts - installed NF on Windows 7 laptop with IE 11 and can no longer access internet even though connection is strong and can send/receive email. I could not find the answer to the other posts and they ended 11/2013. I was told to test if NF was causing problems by uninstalling, but it requires connecting to the web to check my parental ID and PW.  So now I can't get it off my machine and can't access any websites!  Please Help!!!

Please check the link below.  You probably have one of the security products installed on your PC.  If you uninstall the security product from the list, you should be good.

I have ZoneAlarm installed - it worked fine with NF before I upgraded to Windows 7. I am not going to take Zone Alarm off, but cannot remove NF because it won't uninstall without being able to confirm my parental credentials...I followed the steps inthe link but if I turn off network connection, it still won't uninstall because it wants parental credentials and needs to check internet. Give me instructions on what files I need to delete from my Program Manager so I can manually uninstall. I have been unable to access internet for a week now!

After you disconnect internet connection and try to uninstall Norton Family, when you are asked to add account emails and password, just add something and proceed, then what happens?

 

If above steps don't work for some reason, please disable or uninstall  ZoneAlarm temporarily, then uninstall Norton Family, then enable or install ZoneAlarm again.
