How do I uninstall Safety Minder on my Android?

I have tried everything I can think of.  Still, I am unable to locate the correct procedure for the uninstallation.  I have a Droid2 Global and added Safety Minder thinking my daughter was getting the phone, instead I am using it.  Please tell me how to uninstall this program, please.
