Hello. My printer has been having problems with wireless configuration and it diagnosed the problem may be Norton. It said:
Your computer is unable to communicate with your printer at (ip address). This may be caused by a firewall software. If you are using firewall software, verify that UPD port 427 is unblocked for both inbound and outbound traffic.
So, how do I check this port on Norton? Thanks for all the help.
