Susie means go to your MyNortonAccount and you can download it again by clicking on the Download button -- it will be already activated and will not affect the number of permitted activations.

 

Are you running/wanting to run 2011 or 2012 ? That Download button will get 2012 since that is the current one but if you want 2011 let us know and we can give you a link ....

 

Does your replacement laptop have a trial security application on it? If so what is it and if you removed it how did you do that?
