How do they get away with it?

My subscriptions status:

You currently have the following active subscriptions:

  • Norton 360 Advanced, valid until 25 May 2027

  • Norton Utilities Ultimate, valid until 15 Jun 2026.

  • On my main computer, no problem. On my second computer, I need to reactivate my subscriptions. In other words, pay for them AGAIN.

  • I found an activation code on my first computer but it does not work on my second computer.

  • So are Norton thieves, or just completely incompetent idiots?

  • I have spent a lot of time trying to sort this out as well as sending a message to Support, and Feedback. No answers so far.

  • I have also posted on TRUSTPILOT. One star, because there is nothing less.

You do not have to pay again. You just need to reactivate your copy of 360. Look for a Sign in link and just sign into your Norton Account to reactivate.

I spent a few hours trying that and more, even uninstalling and reinstalling it.

With no help from Norton, I managed to finally sort it out.

That is many of the complaints about Norton, that there is no Support.

Norton has many videos detailing instructions for many of these issues. If you search the Norton website you will find them.

Norton is a self help piece of software and if you call “support” to speak to someone you might find it less than useful for sure. Better help is found here in these forums.
