Hi,
I purchased Norton Antivirus 2009 for 3 PCs and installed it on 2 PCs ( 1 Vista and 1 Windows 7).
Today, my Vista PC hard drive crashed and I used a new hard drive to install Windows 7 and NAV on that same PC.
When I logged into my norton account, it said that I have used up all 3 installs and no more license left.
How can I get my remaining one license back since I am only using NAV on 2 PCs.
