How do you get actual help from Norton's "professionals" with their broken English, no education, no skills?

I’ve been hacked for over a week. I’ve called Norton’s so-called support line, multiple times a day, every day, for a week. They remote log in, and do useless shit. I show them the log files that give the processes used to hack me, the IP addresses used, etc. Over and over. And these idiots tell me it’s just normal windows functions. When I try to get someone who actually know how to do more than read a script and push buttons, I’m advised that this is all that’s available for norton technical support. Only in India. No Americans. No one fluent in English. ■■■■ you Norton, you cheap worthless bastards. Logs and logs of me being hacked, and I can’t read the script well enough to use it to defend myself. That’s why I bought cybersecurity. Unfortunately I picked the third world company norton. Not a mistake I’ll repeat.
