TooStrong,
Upload the screenshot saved in MSPaint or MSWord to any of the image sharing Web sites like photobucket.com or imageshack.us. Get the link to the particular image. When you are posting in this forum, click the tree icon "Insert/edit image"(3rd from the Smiley icon in the Editor), delete the already-provided http:// and then paste the direct link from Web site in the "Image URL" rectangle. Click Insert.

How Do I save it to MSword or MSpaint first?
Hi,
Try these steps to take screenshot:
1. When the window for which you need screenshot appears, press Print Screen.
2. Open Microsoft Paint. To do this, click Start > All Programs > Accessories > Paint. Click inside the white part of the screen.
3. Go to the Edit menu and click Paste or you can press Ctrl + V.
4. Click File > Save As. In the box that pops up, change the "Save As Type" to PNG or JPG. Type in a filename for your image. Choose a place to save, like the Desktop, and click Save.
You can do the same in Microsoft Word and save the screenshot in JPG or DOC format.

I couldn't have said it better.
But why do you want to post a screenshot? What problems do you have?
Using the program I suggested is the easiest thing to do and its free.
