to the norton Employees who see this, Consult with SoulAsylum. I am basic level and supposed to be able to flag spam, but the function is missing on these new forums, I tried multiple browsers, no three dots (…) to be able to get to the “Flag Post” or “Flag User”.

I too noticed all the spam over the weekend and tried to find some way to report it but could find no such option.

Answering the ability to “flag” a post as spam. First, each user has to attain “Basic” Trust Level as is set by the forums administration. That should allow for tagging posts, posting screenshots etc. In some cases that doesn’t happen. My suggestion is read random posts so the system can see you as active and taking part of things.
When you have been awarded that user trust level you should then be able to see three dots … just to the left of the word Reply in a post. Clicking that you will then see a string of icons appear, one of which would be a flag on a stick. Click that and make your appropriate suggestion to the moderators.

I have Basic but no ability to flag, the option isn’t there under my basic level account.
please delete one of the two replies staff, I hit “save edit”, no response so I opened a new window then it posted twice, No delete button.

I have Basic Level but the three dots is NOT there, Look at the photo of my user name 2 posts up, NO DOTS! It is not working in these new boards
Please take a screenshot of your last post for reference. What I see in your screenshot is your user profile. In threads it should look like this:

Other users are missing them too. and YES I have Basic Level. We are getting nowhere having to repeat the same effort to get community to understand we have basic level but are STILL missing the three dots?
Did they change level required to “Guru” (Soul Asylum & BJM both have), WHAT do we do to report issue to Norton staff?
