Heres the deal
My laptop will simply not start TODAY, and i need to give several class presentations tomorow, I made an online backup of the files with norton 360 v3, and im trying to get the files onto a loaned laptop that does not have norton 360
looking in the forums i found a reference to https://nobu.backup.com/
went there, logged in and took the option that was selected for me which was themiddle option, to doit with the 360 account
i can see the files, but when i try to restore them it simply stays at recovering file wait (in my computer is in spanish, I just made the translation for the forum), and after a while it says it fails
I even tried it with a small doc file and took a long time for it to fail
is there another way to do it?
Or how can I download all of them its only 500mb
