Over a year ago e-mail flagged as Spam stopped going to my Norton AntiSpam folder and today I tried an online chat with Norton support to get this fixed. I was told to delete the folder and that after a restart everything would be updated. So, I deleted the folder, restarted my system and now there is no AntiSpam folder let alone any updated information. Can someone tell me how to fix this? I would like to be able to review e-mail that is flagged as spam and that does not go to my inbox. I am using Outlook Express.
