May I know can Norton™ Halt protect the Samsung Exynos 4 processor chip security flaw and how does it protect the device?

 

It claims that “Norton™ Halt is a first responder app that protects your device from the latest, breaking security exploits, including the Exynos 4 processor chip security flaw.” 

 

But in the feature description, it just says “Identify Exynos 4 and USSD code attacks” and no more detail on this issue.
