I mistakenly ordered Parental Control and immediately tried to cancel multiple times. We have no kids at home being 74 and 69 years old. I've tried the support chat with cookies authorized for the site with no luck. If Norton won't talk with me what can I do? Am I just screwed out of the $50 annual fee? Just grin and bear it? I thought Norton was a reputable company.
