I am seriously considering cancelling my Norton account and any future relationship. I've tried to contact live help for the first time -- after going throught several rounds of only getting the virtual assistant recommendations. I now finally get through to a "live" phone help line -- for which I've been waiting to music for 15 minutes already. The only information I've actually received was that the call, once connected will probably be BILLABLE! seriously? no help at all. If I am charged, I will cancel immediately. Anyone have any advice before I do that?
Because PC Cleaner Pro is a legitimate, albeit potentially unwanted, program, most AV products do not target it. You should be able to uninstall it through Windows Add/Remove Programs or Programs and Features. If it presents a screen asking if you are sure you want to remove the product, but the screen does not provide a confirmation button, retry the removal in Safe Mode.
