An anti-virus that quarantines legitimate software is effectively useless and needs to be addressed for detection. Enabling not advanced threat hunting, as its inability to differentiate between benign and harmful programs negates its protective function. The problem stems from an anti-virus relying primarily on a name-based detection system which is a common limitation of older or simpler antivirus products.
Why Your Current Antivirus Is Flawed

Many antivirus programs rely on a database of known virus “signatures” or names. If a program like Registry First Aid 11.3 or other software are not in this database, as claimed to exhibit overtly malicious behavior you will find the difference between good or bad the antivirus might flag it therefore as a false positive because it’s not familiar with it.

This may prevent it from being flagged and quarantined while still allowing you to use the software. However now your not able spot what may appear later as excluded.
Upgrade Your Antivirus:
Consider upgrading to a more advanced antivirus with Next-Generation Antivirus (NGAV) capabilities. These solutions are designed to monitor system activities and respond to tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) rather than just relying on a name-based list. Where a Software Company maybe forced to give refunds or solutions to find better places to use anti-virus companies that provide better service.
