How long should I wait for email from Norton?

I added my Web site address cartridgeshop.com.au on the site dispute page. According to the Norton's own instruction for web site owners I should receive an email on successful registration of my Web site. In this email I also should receive instructions how to verify my Web site. It has been four days and I still didn't receive the email. In the mean time I am loosing money because when people see the grey question mark - security information not available next to my web site it suggests to them that is not secure to do business with this web site and is enough to scare them from buying from my web site. The question is how long do I have to wait for the email from Norton and who is going to compensate me for my financial loss?
