how reliable Norton Security Suite (NSS) to block bad traffic / malicious sites / xx sites

hi,

 

after have some reading on some good reputation sites, i give it a go to install nss4 (free) from comcast.
because of its pricy tag, i assume nss is one of those as a first class antivirus/firewall.

thus i expect NSS (ver 4.0.0.127)  can provide a better protection (from viruses ,key logger, spyware,adware , rootkits / bots) to my pc as compared to other product.
 
surprisingly NSS did not give any alert on some bed reputation sites. infact it gives a "green" checked.


where can i find the setting to block suspicious host / sites  that may contain bad traffic.
