For three days I tried to download a renewal that I paid for. No success. Nothing but obsene comments from Norton. The last one took the cake...when they said that there was an international embargo. I bought my computer and live in Oregon. I happen to have a retirement home in the south of Mexico which is very beautiful. But there is not an embargo with Mexico too. Of course I have modems in both places but that is not wrong...what is wrong with Norton...It is a lowsy company that hires Indians from Mumbai to tell lies...I of course do not want anything to do with Norton and their horrible service but would like my 59 dollars back...don't put those free things on a computer that only last for two months...
Bad company. Also writing to the white house about what Norton said about international trade embargo...the last I heard it was only with Cuba and Lybia...I have never been there and in any case it is my computer that I bought at home in the US.
SHAME ON NORTON FOR BAD SERVICE....PLEASE AT LEAST RETURN MY MONEY...
