How To Access UAC Board?

Hello All -

 

I am trying to use Norton's "UAC Tool" as described here:

A search finds several related topics that have been moved to the "Vista User Access Control board" on these forums but when I follow the links provided I get an "Access Denied" message.

Moved to Vista User Access Control board for better exposure.

The questions are how do I access that Vista User Access Control board, and how do I participate in the development of this tool (as requested by Norton Labs)?

 

Related, does anyone here have any thoughts on this tool?
