How to add a website to Norton "safe list"?

Please help if you can.  I have been told I need to add a particular website to Nortons "safe list".    I do not have a clue what a safe list is or how to add it.  Can anyone give me a step by step how to do this?

Hello canoemike and welcome!

Are you the owner or administrator of a website desiring to be rated by Norton Safe Web in search engine results?

No, I purchased an online internet marketing program and within this program they have a website building tool.  However I am having trouble with the website building tool, and they are giving me suggestions to fix.  They have told me to add there website to Norton’s safe list.  I do not know how to do this.

Please refer to the following article:

This should help you.

Hello canoemike,

I am not aware of any option within Norton to add a specific website to a safe list.

Is this site building tool a web based application (you have to be logged onto their site to use it) or did you download the program onto your computer?

If it is a web based application, it sounds more like a browser settings issue.
