How to add Android app with hidden URL sign-in info to identity safe?

Norton Identity Safe works well on Android phone from data gathered/added on my PC, but can't add new sign-in data from phone apps when an app's URL is not discernable. Answers on determining hidden URL found online include debugging the app, rooting the phone, using specific utilities, etc., which doesn't work for me. Any thoughts on the matter? Better yet, any solutions?

What app are you trying to use? Norton has to have that app set up before you can use the ID Safe to log in. You cannot manually add them yourself.

Here is a list from a year ago of what apps were supported. I have asked if there is any update.
