How to add another computer into Norton Online Family account?

I need to monitor child's online activity on different computers. I installed safety minder on desktop before, and now I install it on laptop. After install it, I log on my Norton online family account, only desktop computer showed up under device list. How do I add my laptop to the list? Thanks.
