Our software installer is always digital signed by a Thawte issued certificate. Also, our software is listed at Canada government website.
We need to post software updates from time to time at our website. Every time a new software release is posted, user who downloaded the software will see Norton Internet Security warning at first few days. As we try to bring in new customers, this kindly of warning definitely is not a good thing.
We understand that we can whitelist each software update. Nevertheless, our sales window is only few months in each year. Currently to add a software release to Norton whitelist is said to take more than 3 weeks. This is too long for us.
So is there any way to whitelist our company instead of each software release? (like the digital signature?)
Also, is there any way to speed up the process to whitelist a software release?
We understand that it cost Norton to verify a company / software. We are willing to pay such cost. However we can't seem to find such program/service at Norton website.

The user has posted that he does not have the time frame to wait the length of time to go through the whitelist process as noted below from your link.
"Note: If an application for white-listing is approved it can take a number of weeks for the software in question to be white-listed. The applicant will be notified after the white-listing process for that software is completed. The applicant will be notified if the application is not approved."
It may be possible for his developers to get the files in ahead of time before release for this to occur, but whitelisting is not precisely what he is after.
Here is the popup window if user click button Run right after downloading our new release.
"You are the one of the very first Norton User to download this file.
We recommend not using this file until more is known about it"
For a new user of our software, you can expect what they most likely to do. As Norton recommended, not use our software.
That's why we hope to have a way to submit our software to Norton so that more can be known by Norton about the software and so that Norton will not recommend to any new user not to using our software.
