How to Allow Guest Account on WinXP for Internet Use after installing Norton Internet Security 2009

Hi, 

 

After having installed Norton Internet Security 2009 on my laptop (Windows XP Professional), the Guest Account could no longer access Internet even though the admin has logged in started the Internet Conection.

 

Please let me know how to enable Internet Access for the Guest Account and other profiles.
