HOW to build a new rule in firewall to block MSN AD

most important to block as its umpc and the adds realy slow down my computer,

add new rule–>block–>two way–>IP : 65.55.15.0~65.55.15.255–>select section–>rename as “MSN AD Block”–>done!

the adds are back!!!

 

what to do?

 

i made a new firewall wall blocking all conecction from 65.55.15.0 to 65.55.15.255 and add single address block rad.msn.com and rad.live.com and the adds are back!!!

Is it possible that you have some other rule taking presedence here?  Have you moved your new rule to the top of the list so that it gets processed first?

The only other ideas that come to mind would be the possibility of the IP’s or domain for these certain ads being different.  In my testing, I’ve not seen any ads get through.
