I need to cancel the account for my mother. I have power of attorney for her as she is in a nursing home with dementia. She has no access to a computer so has no further need for antivirus protection. I don’t know what email she used to sign up. I only know that money is being withdrawn from her account for “Norton” and I need it to stop. How do I go about solving this issue?
If you cannot find what email and password she used to sign up for Norton, the only way I can think of is to go to her bank and have them decline the Norton payment, and then cancel that card so no more Norton renewals will be taken.
